By opting into the Venice Courier mobile messaging service, you agree to the following terms and conditions. We use SMS to coordinate pickups, deliveries, and dispatch updates with you.
Program Description
Venice Courier uses text messaging to communicate with clients regarding pickup confirmations, delivery status updates, driver ETAs, and dispatch coordination.
- Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your specific event needs and interaction with our team.
- Rates: Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.
- Support: Reply HELP for help or contact us at +1 (424) 379-3738.
- Opt-Out: Reply STOP at any time to cancel.
1. User Opt-In
Users opt-in by providing their mobile number through our online inquiry forms. By checking the opt-in box, you authorize Venice Courier to send text messages to the mobile number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
2. How to Opt-Out
To stop receiving text messages from Venice Courier, text STOP to the number from which you are receiving messages. You will receive one final confirmation message stating that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt back in.

4. Carrier Disclaimer
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We currently support major carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and most regional providers.
